Elise Webber hails from South Bend, Indiana and has been living in North East Iowa for the past three years. She graduated from Westwood College in December with a Bachelors of Science degree in Animation and has over eight years of experience in graphic design.  She has applied that experience to projects for the Waterloo Public Library, the Iowa Small Library Association and the Hawkeye Valley Area Agency on Aging. In her spare time, Elise enjoys a quiet life at home with her dogs and spending time with close friends
